Terms of Service

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Rwanda to create an account and use our Service.

2.2 Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.4 Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

3.1 Order Placement: By placing an order through our Service, you make an offer to purchase the selected gifts subject to these Terms.

3.2 Scheduling Delivery: You may schedule delivery for any future date up to 5 years in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on the scheduled date but cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control.

3.3 Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from us. This confirmation includes your order number, scheduled delivery date, and order details.

3.4 Order Modifications: You may modify or cancel scheduled gifts up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date through your dashboard. Modifications requested within 72 hours of delivery may incur additional fees.

3.5 Recipient Information: You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, including delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect recipient information.

4.1 Pricing: All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

4.3 Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount at the time of order confirmation.

4.4 Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary based on location and are clearly displayed during checkout. Free delivery is available for orders over 50,000 RWF within Kigali.

4.5 Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Your order will not be scheduled until payment is successfully processed.

5.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver nationwide across Rwanda. Delivery times and fees vary by location.

5.2 Delivery Attempts: We will make two delivery attempts on the scheduled date. If unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

5.3 Delivery Issues: In case of delivery issues (recipient unavailable, incorrect address, etc.), you may be contacted to provide additional information or instructions.

5.4 Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.5 Proof of Delivery: We may provide proof of delivery upon request, which may include recipient signature or delivery confirmation photo.

6.1 Return Policy: You may return gifts within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6.2 Non-returnable Items: Personalized items, perishable goods, and digital products are non-returnable unless defective.

6.3 Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

6.4 Cancellation of Scheduled Gifts: You may cancel scheduled gifts up to 3 days before the delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days of delivery may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Service without our prior written consent.
